1. Sample Policy
We offer sample development to validate design, fit, and material selection before moving to bulk production.
· Sample lead time: 10–15 business days upon design confirmation
· Sample cost: Charged per style, fully refundable upon bulk order confirmation
· Revisions: Up to two rounds of adjustments are included; additional revisions may incur extra charges

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units per style per colorway.
· Split color options are available within the same style, subject to minimums per color
· For emerging brands, we offer flexible terms on select basic styles—please inquire with our sales team

3. Production Lead Time
Once bulk order confirmation and deposit are received:
· Standard production: 30–45 business days
· Peak season (Q3–Q4): 45–60 business days, advance planning recommended
· Expedited services are available upon request and may incur additional fees

4. Payment Terms
· Deposit: 50% of total order value to initiate production
· Balance: 50% due prior to shipment
· Payment methods accepted: Wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for qualified clients

5. Quality Assurance
All products undergo rigorous quality control throughout the production process:
· Inline inspection during cutting, sewing, and finishing stages
· Final random inspection (AQL standard) prior to packing and shipment
· Fabric testing available upon request (e.g., colorfastness, shrinkage, tensile strength)

6. Shipping & Logistics
We coordinate global shipping with trusted freight partners.
· Incoterms: EXW (Ex Works) factory, or FOB / CIF upon request
· Shipping methods: Sea freight (standard), air freight (expedited), courier for small parcels
· Tracking and shipping documents provided upon dispatch

7. Returns & Claims
We stand behind the quality of our products.
· Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting documentation (photos, inspection reports)
· Approved claims will be addressed via replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the nature and scope of the issue
· We do not accept returns for overstock, design preference, or minor color variation from digital renders

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
We respect our clients’ designs and brand assets.
· Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are welcomed and signed prior to collaboration
· Client-owned patterns, molds, and exclusive materials are stored securely and will not be replicated for third parties

9. Sustainability Commitment
We support responsible manufacturing practices.

· Bulk orders can be paired with eco-friendly fabric options (recycled polyester, organic cotton, etc.)
· Waste reduction protocols are applied in cutting and production stages
· Compliance with global safety and environmental standards available upon request
