Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style/color. However, we support emerging brands with flexible options depending on the fabric and design complexity.
Q2: Can I customize my own designs (OEM) or choose from your catalog (ODM)?
A: Both! We specialize in full OEM services where we build from your tech packs, as well as ODM services where you can add your logo to our proven, trend-leading designs.
Q3: Do you provide branding services like labels and packaging?
A: Yes, we offer a complete “Private Label” package including custom neck labels, hangtags, heat-transfer logos, and eco-friendly packaging.
Q4: How long does it take to get a sample?
A: Typically, proto-samples take 7-10 business days. If specialized functional fabrics need to be custom-dyed, the timeline may extend slightly.
Q5: Is the sample fee refundable?
A: Yes, sample fees are usually credited back to your account upon placement of a bulk order that meets our MOQ requirements.
Q6: What is your typical lead time for bulk orders?
A: Our standard production lead time is 25-35 days after the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) is approved and the deposit is received.
Q7: How do you ensure the quality of the garments?
A: We implement a 3-tier QC system: fabric inspection (IQC), in-line inspection (IPQC), and final 100% inspection (OQC) based on AQL 2.5 standards.
Q8: What kind of functional fabrics do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of high-performance materials including moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial, 4-way stretch, and squat-proof ,UPF,cooling fabrics.
Q9: Do you have sustainable or recycled fabric options?
A: Absolutely. We are GRS-certified and offer recycled polyester and nylon made from post-consumer waste, supporting your brand’s eco-friendly mission.
Q10: What are your payment terms?
A: We generally require a 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, and secure online payments.
Q11: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship to over 50 countries via air, sea, and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
